Allows to securely record all the interventions (evolutive notes) of various professionals (remedial teacher, psychoeducator, speech therapist, special education coordinator, project manager, psychologist, social worker, nurse, educational advisor, etc.) in the students' files with an Intervention plan on one hand, and students who have Special needs on the other hand.

Although access to these evolutive notes is limited and secure, Alti-Notes enables Student Services/Educational Services to build up a real corporate memory by keeping track of everything that happens in the files of students with an Intervention Plan (activities, notes, attachments, interventions, etc.).

Based on Altilogix's new Alti-Suite development environment, the main features of Alti-Notes can be summarized as follows:

• Conviviality : 100% Web-based, intuitive, bilingual, adaptive and user-friendly solution.
• Adaptability : Labels, messages and headers are fully configurable. Forms for recording notes to files are also configurable.
• Access control : Configurable security profiles can be used to provide users with different types of access to files, or to only one part.
• Test track : we keep track of all folders' accesses and modifications (who, what, when).
• Confidentiality : accesses are surgically managed, allowing to limit access to specific components of a file. Moreover, the data are encrypted.
• Data integrity : Access (viewing) and edition (adding, modifying and deleting) of an evolution note and/or an attachment can be restricted to its author only.
• Tables & Reports : various table and report templates are available and configurable, with the option of filtering, sorting and exporting certain data to Excel according to user rights.
• Automatic archiving : evolution notes can be automatically archived on the basis of configurable parameters.
